What people have said

"I was facing significant challenges in my life as a neurodivergent autistic individual. While I had a great flourishing corporate career, I was increasingly facing challenges I took on leadership roles. I was being told constantly that I’m a misfit and that other people struggle to work with me. Often these issues would blind side me completely and I was never sure what I need to do to address them. The issues snowballed to such an extent where I was asked to leave and find another job. This was truly the lowest point where I felt that I’m a misfit in this world and I was questioning my whole life and my presence on this planet.

Once I was diagnosed with autism at the age of 38, it all started to make sense. I finally understood what the issues were. However I was unable to get help from someone who knew how to work with neurodivergent individuals. After a lot of research on LinkedIn I found that Kassandra helps people like me make effective changes to adapt to neurotypical expectations.

Kassandra worked with me in a methodical way over 8 weeks. Her approach was very refreshing - first she gave a structure to all aspects of my life and how I felt I was performing on them. She also gave me reflection exercises for me to self diagnose what had happened. In the past for which I was still carrying trauma.

After doing this discovery, she identified gap areas and worked with me to build my confidence.

She’s a very sharp and logical explainer of why people behave in certain ways and what are typical human expectations in situations. She helped me understand the “why” behind a lot of my issues and helped me with tools that I can follow in such situations. She also gave me powerful tools of affirmation, breathing exercises and journaling that helped me build my own confidence.

By implementing her suggestions I found that people now react very differently to me. I have recovered my career in another, even more lucrative job due to her encouragement of keeping a positive outlook and working on myself. I am genuinely surprised by my turnaround in confidence and ability to work with other people - Kassandra has had the biggest role in helping me pull out of the lowest point in my life."

"Kassandra is such a breath of fresh air! After recently being diagnosed with ADHD, it was such a relief to speak to someone who has such in-depth understanding, even down to articulating the thought process for things that make absolute sense to me, but look so weird and abstract to others. I feel seen. I feel heard!

Thank you for dedicating your time and resources to helping others with this struggle and also, being able to view the challenges in a positive light."

"Thank you so much for that! And thank you for your time and that session. It has really left me when an open mind and a lot of self-realisation.

Since our session on Saturday, you have left me really pondering my life, my preferences and my choices. I believe I have a long way to go, but you have guided me to the right place and I hope to hopefully get the help I need to be able to manage my symptoms. I appreciate you and all your help."

"Thank you so much Kassandra. This has been so helpful and I am extremely grateful for your time today. As discussed, for the first time since I began this journey of self-discovery after my daughter’s diagnosis two years ago, I feel validated and properly listened to. Thank you again.

Your referral letter has gone a long way towards putting my mind at rest, as I no longer feel that my suspicions were purely my imagination... thing you said to me during our really helpful when dealing with family members/colleagues who tend to be somewhat cynical about mental health issues, or even physical health issues....Thank you so much for this important nugget of wisdom. It has really helped."

"Thank you so much for taking the time out to speak to me, Kassandra, it was very very lovely and also helpful to talk to you. Your questionnaire also helped me feel heard and gave me a clearer picture of how some of my reactions to overstimulation aren’t my fault completely. I’m really looking forward to your notes, observations and recommendations."

It's so strange but I have felt like a bit of a weight has been lifted already and reading through your story on your website really resonated with me.
